Child Visa (SC 101, 802)

Your trusted partner for Education, Visa and Migration services in Australia.

Bring Your Child to Live Permanently in Australia

Planning to reunite with your child in Australia? The Child Visa (Subclass 101 & Subclass 802) allows eligible children to live in Australia permanently with their parent, who must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen. This visa provides a pathway for children to grow up, study, and enjoy life in Australia as a permanent resident.

At The Next Education & Migration Services, we provide complete support to help you secure your Child Visa (SC 101 or SC 802)—whether your child is applying from outside Australia (Subclass 101) or inside Australia (Subclass 802). The Child Visa grants permanent residency to dependent children, giving them access to education, Medicare, and the opportunity to apply for citizenship in the future. It is managed by the Department of Home Affairs and must align with the child’s eligibility and the sponsor’s commitment to provide care and support.
